Selection Notification
You will be notified via email or telephone if your book(s) have been selected for inclusion on the Web site, and if you have been selected for an on-stage appearance at the Majestic Theatre. Due to limited pre-show stage time allotted, all writers whose works appear on the Web site will not necessarily have an opportunity to appear on stage. We apologize, but do hope to promote your works to Dallas and the greater Internet community who frequent the AARI Web site. Apply early and good luck!
Notes to Writers Appearing at the Majestic, January 31, 2009
A limit of 15 writers or less will be selected and appear in this pre-show segment (again, first respondents have best chances of being selected).

A light meal will be provided.
Theater entry badges and seating passes for day of show will distributed at this time only.

Please bring your book(s) day of show to present to audience.
Seating will be reserved for you in the theater (this area will be indicated at the dress rehearsal).
